Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of NaturalHumanizer (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Batuhan Şenavcı, an individual based in Turkey ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

NaturalHumanizer is an editing tool. You submit text that you wrote or have the right to use, and the Service suggests a reworded version. You decide what to keep. The Service does not write assignments, essays or other work for you from scratch.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must follow the rules of your school, university, employer, publisher or any other organisation that applies to your writing, including any rules about editing or writing tools. If those rules do not allow tools like this one, do not use it for that work.
• You are responsible for the text you submit and for how you use the output. Review every rewrite before you use it; automated edits can contain mistakes.
• Do not submit content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you are not allowed to share.
• Do not misuse the Service: no automated scraping, reselling, attempts to get around usage limits, or interfering with its operation.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your e-mail address. Keep access to that mailbox secure. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

4. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the Service; its terms also apply to your purchase and it handles taxes, invoices and payment security. Each plan includes a monthly word allowance; unused words do not carry over. You can cancel any time from your account page in one click. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Word counting

Words are counted on the text you submit, before the rewrite. If a rewrite fails because of a problem on our side, the words are returned to your balance automatically.

6. No guarantees about third parties

We do not promise any particular result from other people, organisations, websites or software that read, review, grade or analyse your text. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the output. You give us permission to process your text only to provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including academic, employment or business consequences of how you use the output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service at risk. If we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
