Refund Policy

7-day refund

If you are not happy with a new subscription, you can get a full refund within 7 days of the first payment, as long as you have used fewer than 1,000 words in that period. E-mail support@naturalhumanizer.com from your account e-mail address and we will process it. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider.

Cancel any time

You can cancel in one click on your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and will not be charged again. Apart from the 7-day refund above, we do not refund partial periods.

Failed rewrites

If a rewrite fails on our side, the words go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
